IRON (Ferrous)

Iron deficiency in plants is one of the hardest to correct. Iron plays a role in the making of Chlorophyll, carbohydrate production, respiration, reduction of nitrate and sulfate. Iron deficiency is first seen on younger leaves as yellowing of the interveinal area of leaves. A condition commonly known as iron chlorosis occurs. In severe deficiency, leaves become pale-white due to loss of chlorophyll.

Iron deficiency can be corrected by using Nutriment-Ferrous Sulphate for Soil Application or Partially chelated Iron for foliar Spray application, which is enriched with major nutrients (NPK) and Sulphur. Nutriment Iron component products increases the productive tillers in wheat and paddy. It induces resistance to pests and diseases. Further it boosts growth rate, dry matter accumulation and increases yields.

Nutriment Iron components products can be safely used to prevent and correct Iron deficiency in all crops.

Method of Application: :

For soil application: Apply 10kg per acre at the time of sowing / transplantation in Iron deficient soils.

For Foliar Spray: Dissolve 1 kg Nutriment Iron (Partially Chelated) in 400 liters of water and spray on both sides of the leaves per acre 30 days after germination/ Transplantation. Repeat the treatment if severe deficiency is observed.
