Microsulf( Foliar Spray)

A unique combination of Sulphur (S) Primary nutrients like Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium and Ferrous (Fe) in powder form. Sulphur required by crops in amounts comparable to Phosphorus, it is a part of amino acids cysteine, cystine, and methionine, hence essential for protein production. Sulphur in involved in formation of chlorophyll, activation of enzymes, part of vitamins biotin and thiamine and is needed for the formation of mustard oils, and the SH (sulphhydryl) linkages which is the source of pungency in onion, oils etc. Sulphur deficiency symptoms, in many always resemble those of Nitrogen. It starts with the appearance of pale yellow or light green leaves. Unlike Nitrogen deficiency, Sulphur deficiency symptoms appear first on the younger leaves and are present even after nitrogen application. Oil seed crops deficient in sulphur produce low yield and have less oils in the seeds. Sulphur is a master nutrient for oil production.

Ferrous needed for the synthesis of chlorophyll. As a constituent of ferredoxin and cytochromes it activates the enzymes catalase.

In view of requirement of Sulphur and Ferrous in larger quantity by Oil crops and some crops for their luxurious growth and higher yield, Nutriment has formulated micronized bio-activated Micro Sulf which will take care of specific requirements of that particular nutrient.

Recommendation:

Mix 2-4kg of Microsulf with sand or urea and broadcast for one acre.
